No telephone number ...
We obviously have a telephone number (well a couple actually) ... but we don't publish it.
Why not?
There are several reasons:
1. All US orders are sent out from California ... Confirming that, we are actually a company based in the UK. We use the services of a fulfilment office to send out your orders. To avoid confusion we chose not to publish our telepohone number.
2. We don't accept telephone orders. This is 100% for your and our protection. We use Paypal to process our orders. That means that we NEVER get to see your credit or debit card details. Your protection - you can never be rebilled by us. Our protection - Paypal have strict anti-fraud policies which protects us.
3. Cost. Having a telephone means having someone standing by to answer it. They need paying which pushes our costs and the price you pay up. It's cheaper not to use the telephone.
4. Email is much more efficient. It is much easier for us to deal with any issues that may (rarely) arise.
